While Redmi Note 8 Launched at Rs. 9,999 (~$139) for 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, Rs. 12,999 (~$181) for 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage  in Neptune Blue, Moonlight White and Space Black colour option.  Xiaomi Mi A3 recently launched in India at Rs 12,999 for 4GB+64GB, Rs 15,999 for 6GB+128GB.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro is powered by a powerful Octa-core MediaTek’s Helio G90T SoC processor with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB ROM respectively including a 256GB Expandable Micro SD card slot.
