Xiaomi Mi Band 2 Launched in India with OLED Display

Xiaomi, The gadget-giant launched its second generations fitness band in India as Xiaomi Mi Band 2. The all new Xiaomi Mi Band 2 will be available via Mi’s official website from 27th of September, while it will be available later via Amazon from 3rd September priced at Rs. 1,999 in Black, Blue, Green and Orange colour option.

The all new Xiaomi Mi Band 2 made of thermoplastic elastomer and aluminum alloy comes with a 0.42 inch OLED display which shows steps taken, time, heart rate count. It equipped with Power-efficient accelerometer, Photoelectric heart rate sensor and flaunts a touch button on the front.

Xiaomi Mi Band 2 powered by a 70mAh Li-Po battery claims standby time up to 20 days. It will supports Bluetooth 4.0 BLE compatible with Android 4.4 OS and above as well as iOS 7 and above. The wearable device is measures 40.3 mm length, a width of 15.7 mm, side width of 10.5 mm and surprisingly its only 7 gm of weight.

Last year in April Xiaomi launched it predecessor Xiaomi Mi Band priced at Rs. 999 in India. Mi Band was featured with no display and had a battery life up to 30 days.

Xiaomi recently launched Mi Air Purifier 2 (predecessor of Mi Air Purifier) in India priced at Rs. 9,999. It will be available from 26 September via Mi’s official website and from 2nd October it will be available via Flipkart.
